What is bone fracture? (हड्डी टूटना क्या होता है)

Bone fracture is called Bone Fracture in medical terms. This happens when a bone or a structure in the body cracks or breaks. Most bone fracture occurs when there is a lot of pressure on the bones, which is mostly seen in older people.

1. Simple Fracture - It happens when a bone of our body breaks into two pieces.

2. Open and Compound Fracture - This fracture occurs when a part or piece of bone exits inside the skin due to pressure or force.

3. Closed Fracture - When the bone is broken and the top skin remains the same, it is called Closed Fracture.

4. Spiral Fracture - Fracture occurs when bone is rotated due to impact of a machine or object.

5. Compression Fracture - Fracture occurs when bones get crushed or crushed under the influence of any pressure or force. Just like a spinal cord gets pushed in an accident.

6. Greenstick Fracture - It is usually seen in children, it occurs when the bone turns from one side due to some type of pressure and breaks due to the other side, then it fractures.

7. Comminuted Fracture - This happens when the bone breaks into 3 or more pieces due to accidental injury, then it is fracture.

8. Transverse  Fracture - This fracture occurs when the bone breaks in small parts of the body instead of breaking it into larger pieces.

9. Avulsion Fracture - This fracture occurs when the tendons and ligaments attached to the bone (the material that connects the muscles to the bone) break away from the bone or break it.

10. Impacted Fracture - This fracture occurs when any bone of the body comes under pressure from both sides of its ends.

11. Stress Fracture - This fracture occurs when any bone of the body is used to the maximum or the same work is done continuously.

When the bone is broken, the sound of popping or cracking is heard. If there is a fracture in any bone of the hands or feet, then that limb may appear abnormally folded on one side. Unless a doctor confirms that your bone is completely broken, do not try to move the broken bone before that, you can use the bandage if needed.

Bone is very strong. It is made in the body in such a way that it suffers its pressure in the event of a fall or an accident, but the bones are able to withstand more pressure before they break, and after the break, it causes a lot of pain.

1. Bone is the most solid thing inside the human body, to keep it healthy we need enough calcium which we get from milk, cheese, curd and green leafy vegetables.

2. For this we need vitamin D very much, for this it is good to sit in sunlight and eat eggs and fish oil with it. 

3. The more exercise you do to strengthen your bones, the better. Bones become weak due to old age, but if you keep on doing physical activity, then your bones will never get weak. Exercising is very important for people of all ages.   


When your bone is broken once, even then the bones become weak and the risk of bone fracture increases again and again. Therefore, to avoid this problem, these home remedies can also be adopted, which will strengthen your bones. Let us know what are those ways :- 

Desi Ghee (देसी घी)


Boil two spoons of desi ghee, one spoon of Gud and one spoon of turmeric in one cup of water. After that cool it down and you have to consume this water twice a day.
 

Onion (प्याज)

Grind an onion and mix one spoon of turmeric in it and tie it in a clean cloth. After that, heat this cloth in sesame oil and compress it where your bone is broken. You also have to do this 2 times a day. This will give you relief in pain and bone will also be added quickly.
 

Urad dal (उड़द दाल)

Dry and grind urad dal in the sun and make a paste. Bandage the prepared paste where your bone is broken. Doing this helps the bone to connect quickly.


Muleti (मुलेठी )

Prepare the paste by mixing the liquor ice, starch and sourness. Apply this paste on the broken bone and tie it. Doing this will help the bone injury heal quickly and relieve pain.
